Stuffed Shells and Sauce

I love this recipe. I have shared it with many people and I think it's wonderful. It takes like it's made professionally.

1 12oz pkg. jumbo shells

1 16 oz container cottage cheese

1 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese

3/4 cup parmesan Cheese, grated

2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Tvsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped

3/4 tsp dried basil

1 1/2 cups spinach, chopped

1 Tbsp dried basil

1 Tbsp diried oregano

1 tsp. minced garlic

4 8 oz cans tomato sauce

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

cook shells and drain. Combine the next 7 ingredients and set aside. combine spices and tomato sauce in saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes. Spread 1 cup sauce in a 9X13 dish. Fill shells with cheese mixture and arrange in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes more until cheese is melted and bubbly.
